This lovely patient was bothered by the overall size of her nose and more specifically, the very large hump on the bridge of her nose, that her nose was very crooked from the front, and how droopy her tip was from the profile, especially when she was smiling. She also had difficulty breathing. We performed a complex rhinoplasty as well as a septoplasty to give her her dream nose.

This patient was bothered by his large dorsal hump, his droopy nasal tip, especially when smiling and the need creases in his nasal tip cartilages. This patient also wanted to make sure we maintained a strong masculine look after surgery. We performed a complex primary rhinoplasty using lots of cartilage grafts to achieve his ideal post-operative results.
